Where do I place my order?

  1. If you find the right item that suits you, choose the right size and click on the ‘add to cart’ button. In your ‘cart’ your items will be stored until you finish your order.
  2. You’ll see ‘the product has been added to your cart’. You can continue shopping or you can click on the ‘cart-button’ to see what’s in it.
  3. When you click on the ‘cart-button’, you’ll see the items in your cart. If you want to send the order, click on ‘proceed to checkout’.
  4. When you’re in the ‘checkout’, fill in your billing- and shipping details plus your payment method, so you can ‘continue to payment’. Wait until you receive a short notice on the completion of your order.
  5. Once you’ve submitted your order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you specified. As soon as the order has been processed and picked up by the shipping company, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number, so you can track your order.

* We’ll do everything we can to make sure the items displayed on our website are available to  you. Yet it can still happen that an item is sold out through simultaneous clicks, but we’ll make sure to inform you by email immediately when this occurs.

An item is missing. What should I do?

We’re sorry if you are missing an item in your package. Please get in touch with us by filling in the contact form, send us an email or a message via WhatsApp, including your order number. We will take care of the problem as soon as possible.

I received an incorrect or damaged item. What should I do?

We’re sorry if you received an incorrect or damaged item, we aim to deliver high quality goods to all our customers. Please get in touch with us by filling in the contact form, send us an email or a message via WhatsApp, including your order number. If you have a damaged item, please also attach a photo and a description. We will take care of the problem as soon as possible.

I made a mistake on my order. What should I do?

If you made a mistake on your order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. Fill in the contact form including you order number and changes.

How do I return items?

  1. If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you can return your item within 14 days. Within this term you can look at, fit and judge your item as you would do in a physical store.The items need to be returned undamaged and with the labels attached.
  2. Fill in the return form enclosed with your order, and add this to your return package.
  3. Return your package at your nearest local retail store which is affiliated with package delivery companies.

Can I exchange my items?

Unfortunately it is not possible to exchange products. Do you rather have another size, color or other article? Please return the unwanted product, we’ll refund your money, and in the meantime you can order your desired product. We’ll make sure that you receive your desired product as soon as possible.

What is the delivery time?

The delivery time for orders from the Netherlands is within 48 hours after we receive the payment, from Belgium 2 to 3 days and from Germany, France and the United Kingdom 3 to 4 days. For other countries please visit our terms of shipment.

What are the shipping costs?

The shipping costs to the Netherlands are €3,80 and to Belgium, Germany, France and the United Kingdom €13,-. To other countries please visit our terms of shipment.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you can track your order. Once your order has been processed and picked up by the shipping company, you’ll receive another email notification with your tracking number. Now you can track your order. If you did not receive an email please check your spam folder.

Which payment methods are available?

You can use the payment methods iDeal, Sofort and Creditcard. Paypal is coming soon.

How secure is buying at BOUJÉE?

We use the SSL procedure. This will encrypt all personal data you send to us and will not be visible to others. But the most important protection is your own password, so we recommend not to pass it on to someone else.

Where can I redeem my coupon code?

You can redeem your discount coupon in both the ‘cart’ and the ‘checkout’.

The coupon code does not work, what do I do?

Check if the coupon code isn’t expired or has already been used before. If this is not the case, please contact us.

The BOUJÉE newsletter keeps you up to date on exclusive offers, new collections, restocks, events and much more.

How do I register for the newsletter?

You can subscribe to our newsletter by entering your email address in the ‘subscribe to our newsletter’ area on the website, or check the box ‘Subscribe to our newsletter’ when checking out on your order. When you did this you will receive a confirmation email, so you can finalize your registration.

How do I sign out?

You can unsubscribe by clicking the ‘unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of the newsletter.

I’m not receiving a newsletter even though I have registered?

The registration is only complete when you finalize the steps in the registration email. If you didn’t received the registration email, make sure you spelled your email address correctly when signing up or check your spam folder.
