Unfortunately it is not possible to exchange products. So, do you rather have another size, color or other article? Please return your unwanted product, we’ll refund your money, and in the meantime you order your desired product. We will make sure that you receive your desired product as soon as possible! 

RETURN

If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you can return your item within 14 days. This is called the right of withdrawal. Within this term you can look at, fit and judge your item as you would do in a physical store. 

The articles need to be returned undamaged and with the labels attached. The customer can be responsible for depreciation of the article when it is used otherwise than you would do in a physical store. 

You can return your product by parcel post. It is important to use our return form for quick and correct handling. The return form is enclosed with your order. Fill in as completely as possible and add this to your return package. As soon as we receive the package we will return the money into your account! 

Pay attention: return shipments are at risk of the buyer. BOUJÉE Clothing is not responsible for the damaging or lost returned products. So, always ask for a proof of delivery at the post office. Save this proof of delivery until the repayment is on your account. 

REPAYMENT

When the return is processed you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Processing usually takes about 5 working days. The repayment will be done with the same method used at the purchase of the product. So, when you pay with iDEAL the repayment will be done with this payment option. 

Do you still have payment arrears from previous orders? Then there will be no refund. This amount will be settled with the payment arrears.
